Should you find yourself dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, or a product which we have provided to you, we welcome your feedback.
At Heather Bailey Opticians, we value the opinions of all our clients. Should you wish to make a complaint, please follow the procedure below so that we can solve the problem as fairly and efficiently as possible, and enable us to serve you better in the future.
Your complaint will gladly be received in person, letter, email or by telephone.
Should you wish to make a complaint regarding a problem with a product, please direct your complaint to Linda Gilbert.
If your complaint is regarding our service, or a member of staff, please direct it to Heather Bailey.

If the nature of your complaint is serious or confidential, please send it via the post or deliver it to us in practice, marking it “Private and Confidential for the attention of Heather Bailey or Linda Gilbert”.
ALL complaints should detail your preferred outcome to help us provide you with a solution as successfully and fairly as possible.
